Redwood Options is our latest binary options broker find and we’re excited to have them.  They are quite new to the binary options industry but it’s clear to us that the people behind the scenes already know what they’re doing and have a great product.  We first stumbled onto their site while on the lookout for the newest brokers as we had plans to devote a section entirely to them but when we found RedWood Options, we decided to simply pick one that we thought was the best and focus solely on them.
Right from the moment you come to their site, you’re greeted by a well designed and very professional looking trading platform.  In this industry, it seems as though binary brokerages are either professional looking or completely ‘cheesey’ and there seems to be no real middle ground.  On the professional side, people often get intimidated as they think they may not have the skills to fit in while on the lesser quality sites, people treat them simply as a quick way to gamble.  RedWood Options is the first broker we’ve found that fits nicely into this middle category and we’re not talking site design.  We’re talking about the demographics.  This site is geared towards American traders who want to learn the markets while starting out small.
We got a hold of their customer support over the live chat function and we were very impressed.  The chat connected within 20 seconds and the agent was very friendly.  She was not aggressive, was open about how new they are and where they are located and was able to answer some more difficult questions.  Many brokers like to add on five or ten years when you ask them how long they’ve been in business.  RedWood Options appears to be proud of the fact that they’re the new kid on the block.
Overall, we think RedWood Options is a great brokerage and have no problems putting them into our top three category.  They are transparent, easy to talk to and by the sounds of it in terms of our chat, they know what they are doing on their end.  They have a ton of assets to trade, offer all of the binary options types and offer 24/7 support.  Newcomers and advanced traders alike, RedWood Options is a great place for anyone who wants to trade.
